The Michigan Liquor Control Commission has suspended the liquor license of The B.O.B. for three days, May 30-June 1, according to WOOD TV.
The suspension was announced following a hearing over one of three deaths at The B.O.B. within the last four years.
An MLCC hearing commissioner decided that bartenders over-served Kevin O'Brien when he fell four stories down a stairwell in May 2013.
The state Attorney General had asked for a 10-day suspension.
